MMTS

Founded by Dr Chua Meng Min on 1 November 1999 after serving the life insurance industry for 14 years, first as trainer and later promoted to head the agency department. In 1991, he joined a company dealing with seminars and publications for the life insurance and financial services industry.

The first two alphabets ‘MM’ in ‘MM Training Services’ stand for ‘Make Money’, which is the reason why many of us go to work everyday.

Before the establishment of MM Training Services, most life insurance agencies became successful by ‘trial and error’ approach. Many failed without knowing the real reason. MM Training Services uses S.E.E.D. which stands for Simple, Easy, Effective and Duplicable and has successfully turnaround many ailing agencies into top agencies in Malaysia. In 2003, under the mentorship of Dr. Chua, 70 agents from various life insurance companies qualified as members of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

MWTA was established on 1st February 2021 for advisors specialising in Will and Trust. They strive to work in partnership with its members and related organizations to create a more informed public on the importance of estate planning ie. Will & Trust. It is also their mission to improve the overall knowledge of estate planning across the population of Malaysia.
